Shipping
- Australia: free shipping on every order, via Australia Post.
- International: a flat shipping fee applies, calculated by parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Dispatch: orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 1 business day of payment.
- Tracking: a tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
- Return window: 30 days from delivery, for both Australian and international orders.
- Product condition: accepted for return in new, unused condition only.
- Exchanges: exchanges are accepted — contact us to arrange one.
- Return method: by mail only.
- Return shipping cost: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns, domestic and international.
- Restocking fees: none — no restocking fee is charged on any return.
- Refund processing time: refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
- Damaged in transit: if your item arrives damaged, report it to us within 2 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — no return shipping cost to you in this case.
- Damage during use: Beyblades and launchers are designed for battle but are not covered for damage from strong impacts or normal wear — returns are not accepted for items damaged during play.
