We ship parcels through Australia Post. As an alternative, you can choose self-pickup in Doncaster East.

The AusPost postal cost is based on your location and selected postal service type. The detail pick up address will be provided to customers who choose self-pickup. The customer can pick up the item whenever they'd like after order has been confirmed.

Return:

If an item is damaged during shipping, we give a refund. The buyer must report damage within two days of receiving the item. After we receive the returned item, a refund will be given. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Human damage are not eligible for return.
